By channeling universal life force energy, Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to release tension, reduce stress, and restore harmony. These sessions work with your energetic field, your aura, meridians, and chakras to clear stagnation and bring your mind, body, and spirit back into alignment.
Space Clearing
Energy doesn’t just live in our bodies, it lives in our spaces.
Over time, your home, workspace or car can absorb energy that feels heavy, stagnant, or unbalanced. Natalie uses Reiki and energy clearing techniques to cleanse and refresh your environment, clearing away energetic debris and inviting in light, harmony and renewed flow.
Healy Frequency Device
Natalie also offers sessions with the Healy Frequency Device, a wellness tool that works with targeted microcurrents and energetic frequencies to support stress relief, focus and energetic alignment.
The Aura Scan feature reads the state of your chakra system and energy field, offering insights that help guide the session. Based on this scan, Natalie selects customized frequencies designed to clear blockages, restore balance, and support your body’s natural energetic flow.

Reiki First Session + Initial Assessment (In Person)
This 90–120 minute in-person session includes a full client consultation, intuitive assessment, and one-hour Reiki treatment with crystals. It’s designed for first-time clients to explore your unique energy, set intentions, and begin your healing journey in a grounded, supportive space.

Reiki First Session + Initial Assessment (Distance)
This 60–90 minute distance session includes an initial consultation, energy assessment, and a 30–45 minute Reiki session. It’s required before booking ongoing distance sessions and provides a personalized energetic foundation for our work together.

Reiki 60-Minute Session (In Person)
A one-hour in-person Reiki session for returning clients, including hands-on energy work with intuitively selected crystals. This session supports ongoing energetic alignment and emotional clarity.

A 60-minute distance Reiki session for returning clients, including an energy update and intuitive guidance. This session provides space to release, recharge, and realign.

A deeper in-person experience for returning clients. Includes an energy check-in, followed by a full 60-minute Reiki session with crystals. Ideal for those seeking an extended reset and realignment.

This extended 90-minute distance session includes an energy update and a 60-minute Reiki treatment. Ideal for returning clients looking for more space, reflection, and integration.

Reiki + 9 Card Angel Reading (Distance, Approx. 1.5–2 Hours)
This combined session includes a 60-minute distance Reiki treatment followed by a 45–60 minute Angel Card reading. The 9-card spread offers insights into your recent past, present, and future—focusing on what’s on your mind, what’s in your heart, and what may be keeping you stuck.

Ongoing Reiki sessions offer a powerful way to maintain emotional clarity, energetic balance, and inner peace. Many clients find that scheduling a Reiki session every 4 to 6 weeks supports their overall well-being, helping to clear energetic buildup and create space for restoration and alignment.
During life transitions, unexpected changes, or heightened stress, weekly sessions over a 4–6 week period can provide deeper energetic support, grounding, and renewal.
To make regular energy care more accessible, I offer a 4-session Reiki package, available both in person and online.
